He Reigns, Rains, and Holds the Reins

God reigns as King and Governor of Heaven and earth. Everything has always been under his total control. Churchy doctrines like to point to Revelation 20:6 and conclude that the reign of God's righteous kingdom will begin its dominion after what they think of as the first resurrection at some time in the future. They have erred in understanding of what the first resurrection is. They also have erred concerning the reign of God's righteous kingdom.

The voice of the seventh angel has already trumpeted the message that "The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord (God) and his Christ; and He shall reign for ever and ever," Revelation 11:15. To reign is to exercise regal and kingly control. That God has done, is doing, shall do and has never stopped doing. Everything is subject to God's monarchy. "For I created all forces, and there is none that resisteth me or that does not subject himself to me. For all subject themselves to my monarchy and labor for my sole rule," Secrets XXXIII:8. "That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me, and there is none else. I form light and create darkness: I make peace and create (conditions for) evil: (spirits' advantage) I the Lord do all these things," Isaiah 45:6-7. "Shall a trumpet be blown in the city and the people not be afraid? Shall there be evil in a city and the Lord hath not done it? Amos 3:6. It is time for men to wake up and acknowledge the rule of God's Kingdom over both man and devil and the interplay between good and evil. Thus, Satan asks permission from the King to do evil as the case of Job teaches. Man is "subjected to vanity," Romans 8:18-22 by the King's will and reign. "Thou wilt say then unto me, Why doth he yet find fault? For who hath resisted his will?" Romans 9:19. Does He find fault with man? or does He not? We will hear the King Himself on those questions later in this letter.

God's Kingdom consists of His children, the walls, stones, and buildings of Holy Jerusalem which descends as Holy infants from God out of heaven, Psalm 49:20; Acts 10:9-16,24. Indeed we are "lively stones and His building," I Peter 2:5. Creation begins with implantation of the spirit in clay (sperm and egg), the process by which God repopulates the earth for each generation, Psalm 104:30. Thus we make a circuit descending from God's nursery in heaven; sojourning in the earth to be "set before evil and death" for our negative experiences, Genesis 2:9; Deuteronomy 30:15; finally the circuit is completed when man's spirit ascends from the clay to be transplanted in Heaven to be "set before the good and the life" for our eternal positive life, Ecclesiastes 12:7; John 3:13. All this is according to the King's plan, II Esdras 6:1-6. And who is it who arrogantly presumes in ignorance that God is not reigning in this earth even now, or what is the time when He did not reign? I say that Revelation 11:15-19 was fulfilled even before Daniel's time. Read Daniel 4:17,34-35. If Nebuchadnezzer knew this and his life story was written as a witness, then you have no excuse henceforth for ignorance and doubt that God has been continuously reigning in this earth over his kingdom (men) and his enemies (demons). "The Lord reigneth; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of the isles be glad thereof", Psalm 97:1. However, each generation of our kingdom is sojourning transients and "Thy kingdom comes" back to heaven rising daily since "my kingdom is not of this earth," John 3:13, 18:36. If we have begun to shake some of your ideology on "kingdom rule," read on and the remaining errors will fall.

"The Lord hath prepared his throne in the heavens: and HIS KINGDOM RULETH OVER ALL," Psalm 103:19. "But our God is in the heavens: he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased," Psalm 115:3. "Whatsoever the Lord pleased, that he did in heaven, and in earth, in the seas, and all deep places", Psalm 135:6. If you still think God is not reigning but His reign on earth will be some future phenomenon, then maybe light is not your portion at this time.

GOD'S REIGN over His sojourning kingdom in the earth HAS ALWAYS BEEN IN RIGHTEOUSNESS. There is no unrighteousness in Him. By deliberately "subjecting each of His little Spirit portions to vanity", Romans 8:18-22. He was implementing our training and educational experiences so that the good and positive eternal life experiences will be forever appreciated and enhanced. Allowing Jesus to suffer abuse and die was no evil in Him. And allowing you too as a body member to suffer abuse in this life and to die is no unjust evil. Since you are a piece of His eternal self in His likeness, Genesis 1:26-27 what loss do you suffer in death? except an impeding, infirm clay suit which is not an intended eternal part of you, John 6:63, 12:24. By this process He does "deliver us from evil", I Corinthians 5:9-10. "The Lord hath made known His salvation: his righteousness hath he openly shewed in the sight of (demons) the heathen," Psalm 98:2. "O my people, remember now what Balak king of Moab consulted, and what Balaam the son of Beor answered him from Shittim to Gilgal; THAT YE MAY KNOW THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF THE LORD", Micah 6:5. And this is the tenor of GOD'S RIGHTEOUSNESS for the benefit of you who never knew it before. "God is not a man that He should lie, neither the son of man, that He should repent: hath He said, and shall He not do it? or hath He spoken, and shall He not make it good? Behold, I have received a commandment to bless: and He hath blessed; and I cannot reverse it. HE HATH NOT BEHELD ANY INIQUITY IN JACOB, NEITHER HATH HE SEEN PERVERSENESS IN ISRAEL: the Lord his God is with him, and the shout of a king is among them," Numbers 23:19-21. God gave devils power to possess and control men and deliberately weakened men subjecting them to Satan's vanity. "The night comes and NO MAN CAN WORK" (EVIL), John 9:4. WE WRESTLE NOT AGAINST FLESH AND BLOOD (the angels and I do not) but against principalities, against powers, AGAINST THE RULERS OF DARKNESS OF THIS WORLD, AGAINST SPIRITUAL WICKEDNESS IN HIGH PLACES," Ephesians 6:12. No man can work evil when devils are exercising their superior God-given powers over him in possession and allowed control. It is just for God to justify man as not guilty of sin because He is totally aware of the magnitude and extent of powers He gave devils over men's lives. It would be unjust for God to empower the enemy; subject men to weakness; leave them in ignorance; give them over to possession wherein they are completely powerless; demand good works in men under such conditions knowing they cannot produce them except He does it in them, and then condemn them because He only has power over the enemy and man failed to free himself. But in Israel (WHO ACTED THE ROLE FOR ALL MANKIND), God showed HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS openly despite the crimes devils did in them against God and Moses. GOD'S RIGHTEOUSNESS DOES NOT CONDEMN THE CAPTIVE VICTIMS UNDER SATAN'S POWER. Rightly He justifies men and holds devils absolutely responsible for all their works of darkness, which is sin. Now who thinks God's Kingdom has not reigned in this earth in righteousness starting with Adam? God's righteous reign and the presence of His Kingdom on earth is simply not what the churches have suspected. It is not only a future phenomenon. His Kingdom reigns in righteousness at this very moment.

"No weapon that is formed against thee (any man) shall prosper; and EVERY TONGUE THAT SHALL RISE AGAINST THEE IN JUDGMENT THOU SHALT CONDEMN. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and THEIR RIGHTEOUSNESS IS OF ME, saith the Lord," Isaiah 54:17. "Surely, shall one say, IN THE LORD (according to His way of thinking, Isaiah 55:9-10) HAVE I RIGHTEOUSNESS and strength: (Notice it does not say in your church, or your preacher, or in the viewpoint of man) even to him shall men come; and all that are INCENSED AGAINST HIM (BURNING INCENSE OF ANGER OR UNRIGHTEOUSNESS) shall be ashamed. In the Lord shall all the seed of Israel (mankind) be justified, and shall glory," Isaiah 45:24-25. Now I say to every eye which sees this letter, "Rejoice in God, not in man, nor your church, nor your preacher, nor yourself regardless as to what kind of hold Satan may have over your life. In the eyesight of God (the only view which counts) you are righteous. Disregard the unbelief and rejection of your own thoughts and those of others. Rejoice only in God"!

"Behold, the days come (came!) saith the Lord that I will raise to David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth. In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is the name whereby he shall be called THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS," Jeremiah 23:6-7. In his days he said "devils come and "NO MAN CAN WORK" (EVIL) John 9:4. IN JESUS YOU HAVE RIGHTEOUSNESS. "The Father NEVER held us guilty since He knew we did not know that we were demonically controlled," Luke 7:41-43, 23:34. Rejoice in that king! IN KING JESUS' way of thinking YOU HAVE RIGHTEOUSNESS. We have not included churches, their doctrines, ministers, and men in general because to them any "sinner" including Israel of old has no righteousness and is condemnable. Do not worry about fleshy lawyers and prosecuting attorneys. "IN THE JUDGE YOU ARE JUSTIFIED AND YOUR RIGHTEOUSNESS IS OF HIM," Isaiah 45:24-25. Therefore, boast about God and do not be ashamed. So Jesus exemplified and personified GOD'S RIGHTEOUSNESS in the test case of the woman caught in adultery, John 5:30, 8:1-12; Revelation 15:4-5. But lawyers today do not like the Judge's judgment. SIN IS STILL DEVILS' WORK AGAINST CAPTIVE MEN WHO ARE POWERLESS TO FREE THEMSELVES FROM THEIR CONTROL, John 8:31-36. That kind of judgment Jesus did with that woman is a continuous process without respect of persons. "Remember his marvelous works that he hath done; his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth; (Christ) He is the Lord our God: his judgments are in all the earth," Psalm 105:5,7. "For when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn (GOD'S) RIGHTEOUSNESS," Isaiah 26:9. "For if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your heavenly Father forgive your trespass," Matthew 6:15. I have every confidence that all men eventually will forgive each others' trespasses. Who wants to anger God? "Blessed are they that KEEP JUDGMENT and he that worketh (GOD'S) RIGHTEOUSNESS at all times," Psalm 106:3.

"The heavens declare his righteousness (even this letter- but not the earth) and all the people see His glory," Psalm 97:6. What is this glory of God that all the people can see? "But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man, that thou visitest him? Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; THOU CROWNEDST HIM WITH GLORY and honor, and didst set him over (John 3:13; Hebrews 12:22-24) the works of thy hands, Hebrews 2:6-7. Now connect this with the words in caps that follow". For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of THE GLORY OF THE LORD, AS WATERS COVER THE SEA, Habakkuk 2:14. Today those waters are captured by devils as shown in Revelation 17:15, "The WATERS which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, ARE PEOPLES, AND MULTITUDES, AND NATIONS AND TONGUES". But this is happening to those waters every day, "And it shall come to pass in the last days (of each man's life on earth) that the mountain of the Lord's house shall be in the top of the mountains (mountain top above clouds indicates heaven) and shall be exalted above the hills; and ALL NATIONS SHALL (AND DO) FLOW INTO IT", Isaiah 2:2. Which earth shall be filled with the knowledge of this glory? The old heaven and earth or the new one? Isaiah 65:17-19. Some in their doctrines have placed their money on the old heaven and earth. I am betting it is in the new heaven and earth above this place. How about you? To think! All of this because IN GOD EVERY MAN IS JUSTIFIED AND IN HIM and not the eyesight of earthly men ALL HAVE RIGHTEOUSNESS, THAT IS, GOD'S RIGHTEOUSNESS! So He reigns! He rains (Words) on the minds of elect men who are chosen to be spiritual Levites, Revelation 1:15 (Other men constitute the other tribes far off from (God) the Tabernacle and are not expected in this life to come close in understanding, Numbers 2:2, 18:6,22. He holds the reins by controlling the thought directions of his horsemen, Joel 2:3-4,11; Zechariah 10:3. Paradise is before you and behind you is hell. This is the GOSPEL OF JUSTIFICATION as taught by God, II Corinthians 5:14,19. Those sons whose mentality has reached the point of sonship will not condemn the world of men, John 3:17. "We have received a commandment to bless and He has blessed," Numbers 23:20; Matthew 5:44-45. Only a beastly mind condemns men, Psalm 49:20, 73:15-25, 109:31.
