Meet The Archangel Gabriel

You are aware that the Bible is full of parables, similes, and metaphores in symbolic language, aren't you?! God placed "word keys" in His speech for the benefit of those He chooses to teach. Are you ready to meet the Archangel Gabriel? Let's ride!

Key 1 is Daniel 9:21-22

KJV Dan 9:21 Yea, whiles I was speaking in prayer, even the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening oblation. 22 And he informed me, and talked with me, and said, O Daniel, I am now come forth to give thee skill and understanding.

Hear Gabriel is identified as "THE MAN", a teacher who gives "skill and understanding.

Daniel saw him again in another vision:

Daniel 10: 5 Then I lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and behold a certain man clothed in linen, whose loins were girded with fine gold of Uphaz: 6 His body also was like the beryl, and his face as the appearance of lightning, and his eyes as lamps of fire, and his arms and his feet like in colour to polished brass, and the voice of his words like the voice of a multitude.... 12 Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God,
thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words.

THE MAN comes here to give Daniel "understanding".

Key 2 is Daniel 5:5, 24-28.

Daniel 5: 5 In the same hour came forth fingers of a man's hand, and wrote over against the candlestick upon the plaister of the wall of the king's palace: and the king saw the part of the hand that wrote. 24 Then was the part of the hand sent from him; and this writing was written. 25 And this is the writing that was written, Mene, Mene, Tekel, Upharsin. 26 This is the interpretation of the thing: Mene; God hath numbered thy kingdom, and finished it. 27 Tekel; Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting. 28 Peres; Thy kingdom is divided, and given to the Medes and Persians.

Here THE MAN's hand carries God's "balances"!

Key 3 is Zechariah 6:1-5

The four Archangels are described as God's "horses" who pull His "Chariot"!

KJV Zechariah 6:1 And I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came four chariots out from between two mountains; and the mountains [were] mountains of brass. 2 In the first chariot were red horses; and in the second chariot black horses; 3 And in the third chariot white horses; and in the fourth chariot grisled and bay horses. 4 Then I answered and said unto the angel that talked with me, What are these, my lord? 5 And the angel answered and said unto me, These are]the four spirits of the heavens, which go forth from standing before the Lord of all the earth.

Here is Ezekiel's vision of God's Ark (the major four Archangels). You will notice his description includes all Four, THE MAN, an EAGLE, the OX (calf), and the roaring LION... all pulling God's "wheeled" chariot.

Key 4 is Ezekiel 10:1-11
KJV Eze 10:1 Then I looked, and, behold, in the firmament that was above the head of the cherubims there appeared over them as it were a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne. 2 And he spake unto the man clothed with linen, and said, Go in between the wheels, even under the cherub, and fill thine hand with coals of fire from between the cherubims, and scatter them over the city. And he went in in my sight. 3 Now the cherubims stood on the right side of the house, when the man went in; and the cloud filled the inner court. 4 Then the glory of the Lord went up from the cherub, and stood over the threshold of the house; and the house was filled with the cloud, and the court was full of the brightness of the Lord's glory. 5 And the sound of the cherubims' wings was heard even to the outer court, as the voice of the Almighty God when he speaketh. 6 And it came to pass, that when he had commanded the man clothed with linen, saying, Take fire from between the wheels, from
between the cherubims; then he went in, and stood beside the wheels. 7 And one cherub stretched forth his hand from between the cherubims unto the fire that was between the cherubims, and took thereof, and put it into the hands of him that was clothed with linen: who took it, and went out. 8 And there appeared in the cherubims the form of a man's hand under their wings. 9 And when I looked, behold the four wheels by the cherubims, one wheel by one cherub, and another wheel by another cherub: and the appearance of the wheels was as the colour of a beryl stone. 10 And as for their appearances, they four had one likeness, as if a wheel had been in the midst of a wheel. 11 When they went, they went upon their four sides; they turned not as they went, but to the place whither the head looked they followed it; they turned not as they went.

Here Ezekiel obeserves another aspect of the Archangels' glory. They "form" God's "wheeled" Altar and they are seen as "Cherubim".
 

Key 5 is Revelation 4:6-8, 6:5-6

Revelation 4:6 And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind. 7 And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth
beast was like a flying eagle.8 And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.

Revelation 6:5 And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. 6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.

Let's put it all together now (resolve the Word-puzzle). The four "Spirits" are "Cherubim" who are described as four "horses", four "beasts", and four "chariots". They are the Heavenly Ark or the "Ark of God" whose symbol was carried by the Levitical priests. And they together form God "wheeled" Heavenly Altar full of coals of fire (they are reservoirs of the Word).

Now for Gabriel. He is THE MAN, the "black horse" with balances in his hand. Ezekiel saw the four with six pairs of wings. Therefore Gabriel's wings are "black". And YOU, dear Blackwing have taken the "handle" of one of my key teachers, the Archangel Gabriel.

Key 6 is in Luke 1
Luke 1:13 But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John.19 And the angel answering said unto him, I am Gabriel, that stand in the presence of God; and am sent to speak unto thee, and to shew thee these glad tidings. 26 And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth, 27 To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary.

Because he is THE MAN, he is also God's messenger and teacher of "sonship".
