:KJV John 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
KJV John 5:37 And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me. Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his shape.
Ezekiel 34:15 I will feed my flock, and I will cause them to lie down, saith the Lord God. 16 I will seek that which was lost, and bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick: but I will destroy the fat and the strong; I will feed them with judgment.
KJV Isa 42:16 And I will bring the blind by a way that they knew not; I will lead them in paths that they have not known: I will make darkness light before them, and crooked things straight. These things will I do unto them, and not forsake them.
KJV Isa 52:15 So shall he sprinkle many nations; the kings shall shut their mouths at him: for that which had not been told them shall they see; and that which they had not heard shall they consider.
Psalm 91:14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. 15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. 16 With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.
KJV Jer 31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. 34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
KJV Isa 11:9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.
Men have a hard time believing that God can and does speak to His children on earth and they actually HEAR HIS VOICE! Check out those HEADLINES! You tell me, Why do men have a problem believing this has happened to us?
It is because God has not spoken to them and they do not recognize His voice!
Why do you take issue with this statement? Here is another statement by another writer:
KJV Isa 51:15 But I am the Lord thy God, that divided the sea, whose waves roared: The Lord of hosts [is] his name.
Human Evaluation of the GOOD NEWS
Note from GOOD NEWS co-editor
Essentially they are having problems with two things:
[1] That God speaks to you,
[2] That we are as much a part of God as He is in us.
If they cannot accept #2, they will not accept #1. Having been told to read
The Revelation of the Son of Man,
they shy away from its implications.
That is why the "universal reconciliation" teachers can be as "unknowing" as the hellfire gang. Both have problems with our paternity and our being. If they cannot accept that we are "gods", then they will not accept that God can and will talk to His own. Each practices a form of subtraction,
taking away pieces of God from our substance.
Fundamentally they have a deep problem with WHO we really are. "I and my Father are one" is not realistic to them, except as it applies to one man, Jesus!
"Universal reconciliation" is not the sole fundamental idea, that we should hang everything on it the way they do. It comes from a fiction about hell anyway. Recovering from a fictional idea is not that big an event.
Does Anyone "Know-it-all"?
GOOD NEWS co-editor's email
X... mentions that, "I'll be the first to admit that none of us knows it all, and I would have a tough time with anyone who thinks they have all the answers."
That is a common attitude. People do not want to acknowledge that somebody else can know it all.
But that is not God's attitude, even if it appears to be "humble". There are verses in the Bible (both Old & New Testament) that state explicitly that God will teach us everything.
We need to be know-it-alls. It's those that know less than what they need to know who screw us up. X...'s assumption is that we don't need to know it all in order to function as God's children. When did God ever say that it's OK if we know less than everything that concerns us? Everything that concerns us should be known by us.
I understand that X... fears a know-it-all who would use his knowledge to lord it over others. But the more one knows, the less one wants to oppress others - the more one wants to help. Knowledge of oneself benefits the whole family.
If God has 30,000 items of information for us to know, then He isn't going to be happy if we know 14,986 pieces and not the rest. It isn't a humble attitude to be happy with less than complete knowledge. The more a doctor knows, the better I feel about his diagnosis when I'm sick. And if that doctor knows everything there is to know about health and medicine, then I will go see such a doctor every single time I need help. Why go to a lesser knowledgeable medic?
GOOD NEWS response to co-editor
I agree. But the more X… reads at our sites, he will realize that no man could have known or written these things. This came from God. No man has the capacity to imagine these things. We claim nothing, but we are not ashamed to tout our Teacher. There are some that are content with small things. A real "student" of light wants to know all there is to know. That is why God selects His students Himself. That is also why some men will gain 10 talents, while others will be content with two talents. It is good to recognize a man's spiritual value. We still judge trees by the fruit they bear. You cannot expect an acorn tree to grow bananas, but with God all things are possible.
Knowing It All, Colossians 1:9, 2 Timothy 2:7
Frequently the complaint is heard that such and such claims to "know it all". Or that a person claims to have a direct pipeline to God. The "know it all" seems to be a turn-off for many people. But is this the right attitude?
In the realm of science, physicists and cosmologists are striving to embrace everything in the universe. Since Einstein, the physics world has been after a theory that would explain everything - gathering the four known forces into a unity. Physicists do not shy away from asserting that they are after the ultimate explanation of all physical interactions - the Unified Field Theory. So in this realm there is no bias against "knowing it all". Scientists are explicitly NOT happy with anything less than knowledge of everything - the totality of things. Both from a microscopic and macroscopic perspective.
The question then is: how would one person know whether another person "knows it all"? If Bob claims to know it all and documents it, how would Jack know whether Bob's claim is true? Furthermore, if Jack had lesser knowledge than Bob, how could Jack's lesser knowledge be a standard used to evaluate and measure (Ezekiel 45:3; Amos 7:7; Zechariah 2:2; Matthew 7:2; Luke 6:38; Revelation 21:15) Bob's knowledge? Can the lesser measure the greater? The lesser in fact is lacking certain elements with which to evaluate the greater. How can a three foot child touch the head of a six foot man unless the 3 foot child is elevated to the height of the 6 foot man or the 6 foot man bends over to the height of the 3 foot child? (See It Is Done.)
In any case, the "know it all" will find himself in the position of Joseph and his brothers. Joseph's brothers had several complaints against him. First that he was "favoured" by their father. Secondly that he was a dreamer. This is surely the position that a "know it all" will find himself in. In order to know everything, he will have to be favoured by the Father. He will have to be a dreamer (or visionary). The brothers grumbled and complained. What they did not know was that Joseph was "favoured" not in order to elevate him above his brothers but in the long run to serve them. Which meant serving time in prison in a foreign land! In the end, he sat them all in birth order at the feast table and served them Genesis 37:19, 43:33. He was not favoured in order to "lord" it over them, but to serve them and allow them to escape the famine. Jesus said that the Son of Man came to serve, not to be served.
Another question arises. What does it mean to "know it all"? To know every detail of every moment? To know it all means to understand the complete framework in which things occur. If one doesn't know the total context in which God operates, then can one really and truly understand separate details? Windows, doors, pipes, wires, etc. have meaning when the whole structure of the house is considered. This is what Good News is all about. Good News is a collection of web sites built around specific themes (details). We have a Son site that explores our sonship and parentage. We have a Justification site that discusses how God justifies us. We have a Generations site that depicts assembling of the family by generation throughout time. In the final analysis, all of these contribute specifics to ONE framework and architecture. Justification cannot stand on its own without an understanding of what our sonship consists. Our concept of parentage is built upon both the Son and Mother sites. To know our mother is to know where wisdom comes from. Wisdom informs creation. Every concept is interwoven into a seamless whole. *** The Good News Web Sites ***
There may be interesting details to be gleaned here and there from our sites. But that is not the whole story. We claim to know the architecture from beginning to end - the entire scope (how God has and is building the complete house - alpha to omega). Is this a boastful claim? Why? If physics is looking into everything material - from the inception of the smallest particles to the generation of the largest planets? If biology is researching our innermost, essental DNA codes and the complete interaction of all our organisms?
Ultimately, it is the whole picture that counts. We know that hell is a fiction that we all once believed in. To come out of that belief is one step. To believe that God reconciles everyone to Himself is a good idea, but given the fact that He placed us in such a position to begin with means that He put us into a "fictional situation". Hell was never an issue in God's mind (Jeremiah 7:31 ) anyway. This is what Good News is truly about. Having done away with that false fiction imposed on us, we are now in a position to understand the true facts of our being, essence, history and destiny. As Hebrews 5:11-14, 6:1-3 states, we move on beyond the basics.
Since one of Jesus' disciples, John, wrote that the Holy Spirit leads one into the understanding of everything 1 John 2:27, the issue is not whether we can or cannot achieve this state. But when? "Now" seems to be not the time in most people's minds or on their agenda. Why? This is not the attitude in the world of physics or biology.
Some questions: if one cannot understand the full truth now, what makes one think one will understand it later in some distant, undefined future? What is it about this "later period" that one feels will guarantee that one will absorb the full scope of knowledge? As Peter wrote, even the angels desire to look into our salvation
1 Peter 1:12
and they are already in heaven. How will one know "then" if God speaks, if one doesn't know "now"? How does one know whether somebody does or doesn't have a direct pipeline to God? Can one use oneself and one's own understanding as a measuring
rod (Deuteronomy 25:15; 2 Corinthians 10:13; Revelation 11:1)
to evaluate what somebody else has?
I understand that the "know it all" church used to use its position and "knowledge" to control people through fear and intimidation. That is why Good News has a disclaimer at each and every web site. NO MONEY.
Luke 16:10 He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much. 11 If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches? 12 And if ye have not been faithful in that which is another man's, who shall give you that which is your own? 13 No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
After reading this, do you think God will give the "hirelings", who use the ministry to make money and make merchandise out of the truth, the greatest treasures of light? I tell you, "NO WAY"! They cannot keep a simple command from Jesus in Matthew 10:8-10. Buy their errors if you want worms in your manna. God rejects their worship and their work!
CONCLUSION
Psalm 119:99 I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies are my meditation. 100 I understand more than the ancients, because I keep thy precepts. 101 I have refrained my feet from every evil way, that I might keep thy word. 102 I have not departed from thy judgments: for thou hast taught me.
Psalm 91:14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. 15
He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. 16 With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.KJV John 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
KJV John 5:37 And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me. Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his shape.
Those, who have not supped with the Father and have not heard His voice nor seen His shape, do not know what it is all about. It is a small wonder, because they follow men and are taught by men and boast of the understanding of men. Therefore they view things from a human perspective and not through the eyes of the Father! But in the GOOD NEWS we hear Father's voice, and He is pleased to "show us His salvation". We are not ashamed to report our findings to "Our Family" members, who are not so privileged, both good and bad, and the just and the unjust. Water seeks its own level and Father will draw all to His table whom He chooses to feed.
By the way, do not think of me as a "prophet". My Father is the "Prophet" who knows the future. He is the Eli- Jah of Malachi 4:5-6
. I can be rightly described as a "student" who has had his ears opened and takes careful notes. In human terms, I could be described as a secretary who takes dictation, Ezekiel 9:2, Psalm 45:1. In Psalm 50:16-21 He tells us He will set His Word in order. In doing so, He tells His student how the scriptures link properly in the right order. Notice that He, God, sets the scriptures in their "right" order, not the student taking notes! IS THAT CLEAR? If that is not clear to you, get it in your head NOW! Be aware that this Teacher does indeed "know-it-all"! He speaks personally with His student as the student sups. A good student hears His VOICE and follows Him. We at GOOD NEWS hear His voice, because He is pleased to commune with us in His secret place (Psalm 91). He, "OUR" Teacher, "knows-it-all"! and we merely write His Words and believe them.Isaiah 50:4 The Lord God hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to [him that is] weary: he wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned. 5 The Lord God hath opened mine ear, and I was not rebellious, neither turned away back.
Now it seems to many that "we" are "know-it-alls". We will not water down the truth and God's assurance to humanity to assuage any man's personal offense at our strength. "Let the potsherds strive with the potsherds of the earth"! Isaiah 45:9.
KJV Jer 23:28 The prophet that hath a dream, let him tell a dream; and he that hath my word, let him speak my word faithfully. What [is] the chaff to the wheat? saith the Lord.
Our life and our work are to glorify God, the truth, and man's FAMILY heritage in the Almighty. We exalt no man and give no man "credit", not even ourselves! We know no man after the flesh 2 Corinthians 5:16! The Lord ALONE is exalted in this place! Isaiah 10:10-17. While devils hate it, and some men grumble, the angels of Heaven shout for joy, because the true light is shining brightly on earth! Hallelujah!
As always, "Whosover will, let him come and drink the water of life FREELY"!
