Le Eagle

HEADLINE: "The eagle which you saw coming up from the sea is the fourth kingdom which appeared in a vision to your brother Daniel. But it was not explained to him as I now explain or have explained it to you" .... "And four great BEASTS came up from the sea, diverse one from another. The first was like a lion and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth and made to stand upon the feet as a man and a man's heart was given unto it," II Esdras 12:11-12, Daniel 7:3-4.

In the letter, The GOVERN MENT Rests Upon His Shoulder, December 9, 1988, we learned that "the Most High rules in the kingdom of men ... giving it to whomsoever He will and setting over it the basest of men," Daniel 4:17,35. Jesus and the Holy Ghost, God's two shoulder PEACES, do govern our world using iron rods (demons) on clay vessels (human beings), Psalm 2:6-10. The most knowledgeable among us know what this means, and we are not pleased by the activities of these "iron rods". In this letter we will consider one of the four beasts God set over the kingdom of men and discover why they are the lowest (basest) of men. You realize that God pen-names devils by what they possess: "Serpent" for possessing the snake; "Beast" for possessing animals; "man of sin" for possessing men. Any time you see the word "beast" used in a prophetic sense, you understand that the Spirit is referring to the powers of darkness. Otherwise it refers to man's ignorance and coarse behavior, Psalm 49:20. The problem for us comes in our HEADLINE: "a man's heart was GIVEN to it". The implication is that man's mind is given to devils for control. You will not like these scriptures, but here they are,

Daniel 7:21 I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them; 22 Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.

Daniel 8:8 Therefore the he goat waxed very great: and when he was strong, the great horn was broken; and for it came up four notable ones toward the four winds of heaven. 9 And out of one of them came forth a little horn, which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant [land]. 10 And it waxed great, [even] to the host of heaven; and it cast down [some] of the host and of the stars to the ground, and stamped upon them. 11 Yea, he magnified [himself] even to the prince of the host, and by him the daily [sacrifice] was taken away, and the place of his sanctuary was cast down. 12 And an host was given [him] against the daily [sacrifice] by reason of transgression, and it cast down the truth to the ground;andpractised, and prospered. Revelation 13:4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who [is] like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? 5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty [and] two months. 6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. 7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

Through demonic possession God has GIVEN us to Pharaoh for the purpose of enslavement. Churches are not exempt from this; neither are the "saints". Going back to the pattern of Egypt, only Moses and Aaron were not under Pharaoh's control. Today this means that Jesus and the Holy Ghost are not under demons, but the rest of us on earth do wear "badger skin veils" and "crowns of thorns". Our bodies are God's temple. You should be very slow and deliberate regarding the thoughts that pass through your mind at all times, Habakkuk 1:4. Devils delight in pretending they are God or the Holy Spirit. If you rely on "feelings" and "unctions", dreams and visions, and tongues, you are at risk. LEVIATHAN can fake men so well, they think they are in the light, Job 41:18-22,25, II Corinthian 11:13-15. Just look back at your past when you believed certain false doctrines and how strongly you believed them. Do not flatter yourself in conceit and think you have not been had. Devils were not afraid to try to teach Jesus. So you know what they have tried on you. Be very careful of thinking you understand the scriptures because Revelations 5:1-5 includes you. If you are not a "high priest", you cannot unveil the "holy things" in the WORD nor look upon them, Numbers 4:18-19. I want your eyes wide open to see their work, because man's heart (or the human mind) has been given to them. This is a tragedy and remains a tragedy, II Timothy 2:26.

In our title, "le" is French meaning "the". Hence, our title is "The Eagle". We have used "le" because our Father has a WAY with WORDS, even French words. He has literally told us our subject matter, Psalm 19:1-4. The "beast" described as "le" eagle has to do with the governance of the world's nations by L-EAGLE or "legal" power. So this eagle consists of all the world governments and their legal authority to reign. We have told you all nations are in twos, because all men carry "badger skin veils". Most men are spiritually asleep working as Pharaoh's slaves and doing (sin) works contrary to our true nature and against God's laws. Our "badger skin veils" are the "feathers" of the eagle. By moving wings and feathers this beast is able to fly (reign). The power and might of the eagle are its CLAWS. To see this eagle's claws you must C-LAWS or examine the laws of the various nations by which they rule. The laws of the various nations have not all been just. Legal authority assumed by governments and their leaders have started wars, destroyed nations or gobbled up smaller nations, pirated their natural resources, and actually sold the people as human slaves. Man's history is full of this iniquity. Now let us look closer at the depth and extent of "le" eagle power.

At the moment, control rests in the hands of government networks. Kings, presidents, premiers, and dictators are at the top. The rest of the "body" of "le" eagle is the legislative bodies, judges, armies, and police powers which enforce the laws. So the judiciaries, armies and police forces are the talons of the C-LAWS by which the eagle is able to hurt its victims. The Archangel Raphael (whose symbol is the lion, Revelation 4:7) was observed in a vision reproving this demonic world-rule (le eagle). In II Esdras 11:37, it is written, "behold, a creature like a lion was aroused out of the forest (of humanity, Isaiah 41:19-20, 61:3), roaring; and I saw how he uttered a man's voice (through "GOOD NEWS") to the eagle, and spoke, saying, "Listen and I will speak to you. The Most High says to you, Are you not the one that remains of the four beasts which I MADE TO REIGN IN MY WORLD --- SO THAT THE END OF MY TIMES MIGHT COME THROUGH THEM?" Devils have the task of "hewing wood and paring stones" for the build-up of our spiritual population in heaven. This is "circumcision," the break-up of clay vessels -- very plainly it means killing human bodies. Babylon has a very major role in this bloodshed, Revelation 18:2,24, Jeremiah 51:35, John 12:24. So one major task of these "beasts" is to speed up the END OF THE "TIMES" or children of God sojourning on the earth-stage. It was the "eagle" of imperial Rome that nailed Jesus to the cross. Even so it is "le" eagle that is putting the rest of us on spiritual crosses in wars, accidents, murders and killings of all kinds. The way Hiram and Solomon built the temple tells how God has used the four beasts of Daniel's vision. In the Book of Enoch this work is described in chapters 85-90. As you know, one son/daughter pair is one day of spiritual TIME. Since we represent devils' STAY OF EXECUTION by our presence on earth, devils have been hastening their doom with super-speed.

We could look at the human side of this and view the nations. The lion with eagle's wings is the alliance of the United States, Britain and Israel. The great Dragon is China. The bear eating flesh is Russia, especially under Stalin, the butcher. Gone now is the domain of the leopard whose reign was in ancient time. Imperial Germany under Hitler carnaged under the symbol of an iron eagle. But to dwell with a "fleshy" application is to miss the spiritual reality. All devils everywhere controlling our various government leaders and their agencies of power constitute "le" eagle or the legal side of demonic control. When the spirit speaks of the slavery aspect of our "badger skin veils", it refers to Pharaoh and Egypt. When the Spirit refers to the sexual aspect of this control, the reference to Sodom and Babylon is used. Since we do not war with flesh and blood, our attention will focus on the demonic network, a veil over the whole world from the "legal" aspect of demonic control, Ephesians 6:12.

Demonic laws of the nations are a mixed bag of good and evil. We will not dwell on the "good" part of human laws. Our purpose is to point out the evil side. In the law books of the nations are laws of oppression. South Africa and Israel readily come to mind. But other nations have language and ethnic bias enforced by demons on individual citizens. We call this unwritten "le" eagle behavior "prejudice" among individual citizens. Men are forced to hate and despise one another by "le" eagle feathers covering them. The LAW OF SIN against the laws of God depicts the Egyptian slavery aspect of these eagle feathers, Matthew 12:43-45, Romans 7:18-24. Devils constituting our personal "badger skin veils" force men into demonic behavior, Habakkuk 1:4, Romans 8:18-21. Matthew 11:12 And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force. Again pointing at governmental corruption from top to bottom, we have only to look at China and Premier Deng or is "dung" the correct pronunciation! When the people protested against governmental corruption and for freedom, the Dragon's answer was bloodshed, ousting reporters who told the truth, and rewriting a corrupt version of those events -- lying boldly before the other nations through "le" eagle or legal power. Ferdinand Marcos of the Philippines was recently ousted from power because he used "le" eagle power to slay a political rival and enrich himself from the government coffers. Pol Pot and the Khmer Rouge slew approximately a million Cambodians by "le" eagle power until the Vietnamese army ousted him. This prompted the making of the American movie, The Killing Fields. President Reagan used "le" eagle powers of the executive branch of government to thwart the Congress which had outlawed supplying certain monies and weapons to the "contras". A cover-up ensued with Colonel North as the fall-guy. Miscarriages of justice occur on the local level also. On 60 Minutes, a TV show in the U.S., there have been stories of cover-ups and stifling of evidence by police and prosecutors just to get a conviction of innocent men for a crime. You can recall certain cases where persistent, caring lawyers and policemen later convinced certain judges to re-open cases where the corruption by the "le" eagle forces was exposed, and those jailed or on "death-row" were set free. Worse yet is there have been cases of wrongful execution when a confession by the real culprit or further probing has proven that the man first tried for a crime was innocent. We are speaking of "le" eagle authority. Read II Esdras 11:40-45 for the rest of Raphael's announcement to "le" eagle through the "GOOD NEWS". We say to the kingdom of darkness, "YOU WILL DISAPPEAR -- ERASED BY FIRE!"

The Archangel Raphael, the lion, does indeed trumpet through the "GOOD NEWS" (Jeremiah 50:44-46) to deliver his message to "le" eagle. You who are afraid to talk to devils, to read about devils, or to deliberately fight devils could not be used in this work. GOD'S PRIEST doing battle with the Ark MUST BE USED FOR WAR, Joshua 3:3,6, Numbers 10:33-35. The whole business of the Seven Trumpets of Revelation is an alarm that God has gone to WAR, Joshua 6:4-5. As you can see, there is no escape from Old Testament study because the "pattern" of God's work is there. You who do not study it are at a disadvantage as we describe God's works. The seven trumpeters and the priest with the Ark of the Covenant always go first in WAR. Our wars are always to the sound of Heavenly music, Isaiah 30:27-32. GOD'S PRIEST on earth carrying the Archangels is the "grounded staff". Why do I know so much about the Archangels? .... Because I am a PRIEST TO GOD, not to man and maybe not in your eyesight, and the Archangels are my teachers. Non-priests and man-made hirelings cannot come near (understand) the Ark, and know little about it. God is Eli-Jah of the END-TIME, and He mocks, torments and slays only demons by His WORD in the "GOOD NEWS", Malachi 4:5-6. HE TURNS THE HEARTS of Heaven and earth toward one another in a message of LOVE and ONENESS by the superior linkage of SPIRIT ORIGIN! Carnal teachers who mind the flesh and teach division and separation of men cannot be Eli Jah's prophet today. "The Good News editor is! Beauty (heaven) and Bands (captives on earth) are ONE, Ezekiel 37:16-19, Zechariah 11:7,10,14! "The Lord hath begun to speak" (the Good News editor) "loving words" (the Good News editor). "WE BE" (EXIST) as a part of I AM (the Good News editor). God is (I AM) Eli-Jah of the last days! I AM BE aRe is the glorious color of LOVE, Exodus 3:14. You may resent GOD'S WORK TODAY ... IT IS A ONE MAN SHOW, Jeremiah 50:44-46. And "John" did not choose himself, Psalm 75:4-7, Hebrews 5:4. Only a chief priest can uncover and view the holy things. We do not mean to be offensive but no woman can be a "priest" because a priest symbolizes the Father and represents Him in role play even in "gender". God does not deviate from His "pattern". This is not "sexist". It is spiritually realistic. GOD DOES NOT NEED A LARGE NUMBER OF MEN TO DEFEAT SATAN'S ARMY! ... ONE MAN IS USED BY GOD TO SHOW HIS WAR POWER.

Judgment by "Le" Eagle

Courts, judges, lawyers, policemen, armies, ... and yes, "ministers" or lawyers of religions are the TALONS of "le" eagle or the C-LAWS. These form the legal network giving it predatory power. We have written sufficiently about the backward judgment and false doctrines espoused by religious-lawyers, the preachers and theologians of the churches who are advocates for "le" eagle. These are "Accusers of the brethren", Revelations 12:10. At this time, we will take a look at the other side, the secular government structure GIVEN POWER BY GOD ... FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENDING HIS "TIMES", Daniel 8:11-14, Revelation 13:5-7. You can look at this in a less frightening way . . . . it is the time GIVEN TO HIM BY GOD to cut trees and square stones for build-up of the temple in Heaven. In other words, it is the time-period God USES devils as HIS SLAVES! Wisdom warned devils through Solomon with these words: "Listen therefore, O kings, and understand; learn, O judges of the ends of the earth. Give ear, you that rule over multitudes, and boast of many nations. For your dominion was given to you from the Lord, and your sovereignty from the Most High, who will search out your works and inquire into your plans. Because as his servants YOU DID NOT RULE RIGHTLY, NOR KEEP THE LAW, NOR WALK ACCORDING TO THE PURPOSE OF GOD. He will come upon you terribly and swiftly, because severe judgment falls on those in high places. For the lowest of man may be pardoned in mercy, but mighty men shall be mightily tested. For the Lord will not stand in awe of anyone, nor show deference to greatness, because he himself made both small and great. But a strict inquiry is in store for the mighty. To you then, O monarchs, (demonic veils) my words are directed, that you may learn wisdom and not transgress," Wisdom of Solomon 6:1-9. All laws, although "le" eagle, are not just and right by God's standards. Injustice is legislated into the (C)laws of man and enforced by the "talons" of "le" eagle. All those employed by legal agencies are part of the "body" of "le eagle". Abortion laws are on the books -- but are they right in God's view? Divorce laws are on the books even for little or no just reason, but is it approved by God? Nations appropriate funds and make tools for war, but is hatred covetousness, and rivalry desired by the Almighty for his children? Sexual preference "laws of Sodom" are on the books. Will God show His anger by burning this world? Legal fraud is incorporated in tax laws for the rich so that some multi-billion dollar corporations may keep huge profits and pay little or no taxes, while the poor are gleaned. Is it approved by God because it is "le" eagle? Deception, fraud, and lying in the name of justice and fairness by "le eagle" forces has brought the wrath of God upon its entire structure from top to bottom. Enoch wrote, "Woe to you who build unrighteousness and oppression and lay deceit as a foundation; for they shall be suddenly overthrown and they shall have no peace. Woe to you who build their houses with sin; for from all their foundation shall they be overthrown, and by the sword shall they fall. And those who acquire gold and silver in judgment suddenly shall perish" ... "Who has permitted you to practice reproaches and wickedness? And so judgment shall overtake you sinners ... Woe to you who requite your neighbor with evil; for ye shall be requited according to your works. Woe to you lying witnesses, and to those who weigh out injustice for suddenly shall ye perish. Woe to you sinners, for ye persecute the righteous; for ye shall be delivered up and persecuted because of injustice and heavy shall its yoke be upon you," Enoch 94: 6,7, 95:2, 4-7. All one has to do is look at the "le" eagle structure in the United States. Sleaze is rampant in the political apparatus. The latest scandal is HUD. We have had Pentagon procurement scandal; the FBI was investigated for corrupt practices even slandering certain national leaders; Wall Street and Ivan Boesky have been indicted for corruption in monetary matters; certain judges in Chicago have been charged for corruption in a sting operation; police have been charged with participation in drug trafficking; candidates for public office have maliciously slandered one another in hope of defeating their opponent. Recently the IRS has come under fire for corrupt practices and impropriety. These are practices by legal ("le" eagle) authorities and God has every intention of over-turning it. The Archangel Raphael announces the overthrow of whole-world "le eagle" authority. Very shortly the body of "le" eagle must disappear, Psalm 37:10, Isaiah 41:11-12.

The Heads of "Le" Eagle

The "eagle" of II Esdras 11-12 has three heads. In a natural application one could say they are the USA, RUSSIA, CHINA. But we are not dealing with human nations. We are dealing with devils! Here are the "heads" to consider:

(1) Babylon - Revelation 17:1-6

(2) Lucifer - Isaiah 14:12, Ezekiel 28:14-19, and

(3) Beelzebub - Matthew 12:24

Devils do fight among themselves for pre-eminence. So it is not surprising that the "heads" practice intrigues against one another, II Esdras 11:1,29-35. The wings of the eagle are groups of devils who control various areas of human life. There are devils who control drug traffic; there are devils who control financial marketing; there are devils who set sex standards such as sexual liberation movements and "gay" expression and rights; there are devils in the churches whose purpose is to derail and prohibit access to and belief in the real truth and to blindfold those who want to serve God. "Wing" movements cause the eagle to fly. "Feathers" are groups of devils forming "crowns" as lesser "heads" over individual men, Isaiah 28:1,3. Lesser heads must enforce the law of sin in the lives of each human being, John 8:34-36, Matthew 12:43-45, Romans 7:14-24. President Reagan has a feather! Premier Deng has a feather! And Ivan Boesky was a Wall Street type feather controlling the financial markets. Giant corporations also are feathers over commercial markets. The oil cartels also are feathers. We all remember the gas lines and the high prices as a result of their movements (flights).

Here are Raphael's WORDS to all enemies in "LE" EAGLE authority over the lives and institutions of humanity: "you the fourth (beast) that has come, have conquered all the beasts that have gone before; and you have held sway over the world with much terror, and over all the earth with grievous oppression; and for so long you have dwelt on the earth with deceit. And you have judged the earth, but not with truth; for you have afflicted the meek and injured the peaceable; you have hated those who tell the truth and have loved liars; you have destroyed the dwellings of those who brought forth fruit, and have laid low the walls of those who did you no harm. And so your insolence has come up before the Most High, and your pride to the Mighty One. The Most High has looked upon His times, and behold THEY ARE ENDED and His ages are completed. Therefore YOU WILL SURELY DISAPPEAR, you eagle, and your terrifying wings, and your most evil little wings, and your malicious heads, and your most evil talons, and your whole worthless body, so the whole earth, freed from your violence may be refreshed and relieved, and may hope for the judgment and mercy of him who made it," II Esdras 11:40-46. Plucking the eagle's feathers consists of dropping devils on individual men back into their pitfall.

CONCLUSION:

Raphael's WORDS are adequate. The TIMES are almost ended and the moment to free our generation (raise to heaven all human beings remaining on earth) is very close at hand. Let the whole kingdom of darkness "pick your own burning style and fire color with WHICH you will burn." Giving you that choice is fair to our JUDGE!

P.S. The Celebration: "Sing His Goodness!"

The END will be a celebration for many reasons. There will be joy and victory for ALL MANKIND. We will rejoice over our "sudden" salvation and the knowledge that not one human being at any time in any generation was lost. We will have a double portion of joy when we observe the beauty of what we really are when we experience the glorification as angels. There will be singing, dancing, and shouting of praises to our Father in a continuous non-stop volley. We will be like a "sea" of light in shimmering colors, sparkling as we move and dance. This is only the beginning of our holiday, or REST as we celebrate LIFE. Even the destruction and termination of our enemies below us will be a part of our celebration. Burning this earth and the devils in it will be like a huge "bonfire" ... like the various fireworks on the 4th of July. You know your Father loves variety. He has announced that devils may choose their own color of flame with which to be burned. They also have their own choice of burning style:

(1) like fat in the fire,

(2) like a July 4th sparkler,

(3) like a roman candle,

(4) like paper or wood,

(5) like burning charcoal.

At the same time God will make demons "dance" in the fire while we sing. Some will do the shimmy and the quake; some will do the spin and the shake. Others will do the kick and the wave, while they hear our songs and words of joy above. They will also hear our remarks concerning their demise and the justness of their punishment as they burn. The overall effect of the fire-colors and the different burning styles will be like a great July 4th fireworks display. It will be a fantastic bonfire and demons will be the fuel and the assortment of incendiaries for the fireworks. Those of us who are filled with anger because of what they saw demons do to the brethren in captivity will be free to taunt devils as they spin and fall and burn. God will cause devils to burn from their toes and upward slowly enough so they can think about and understand the folly in the choices they made. Their vision will remain clear and sharp so they can see how the fire is erasing them and their falling neighbors. Their hearing will be clear so they can be terrorized by their own screams, the roar of the flames, and the voices from heaven. Since they wanted to be "heads" over men, they will become rolling burning heads with no demonic bodies. But for us it will be a double celebration of LIFE and VICTORY over our enemies. Demon's own envy and jealousy will cause our peace to become a double portion of anguish and a cause for the shame of defeat. After that, all those "heads" will burn to nothing, Psalm 37:10, Isaiah 41:11-12.
